Meals are packed fresh-frozen in insulated packaging. Your order arrives ready to go straight into the freezer.

You choose your delivery frequency and we handle the rest. You can pause, adjust, or cancel your subscription at any time with no fees or lock-in periods.
Can I mix meals across an order?
Yes. You can mix and match meals within your order across both our dog and cat ranges. It’s a good way to find what your pet enjoys most.
How long can I store meals in the freezer or fridge?
Sealed meals keep for up to 6 months in the freezer. Once thawed, store in the fridge and use within 3 days.
Do you deliver outside of Dubai?
Yes. We deliver fresh-frozen meals via cold chain across the UAE.
