These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) tells you the terms and conditions upon which we will supply to you the products (Products) listed on our website WWW.MYWUNDERDOG.COM(our Site) via one of our subscription services (Services), via one-time purchases via our store or if you are an existing customer, products on demand requested from our customer care team. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any Products from our Site or subscribing to one of our Services. You should understand that by ordering any of our Products or subscribing to one of our Services, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs which together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use govern our relationship with you in relation to this Site.
We reserve the right to update and change these T&Cs as needed. Therefore, you are encouraged to frequently visit this page in order to be updated about the changes. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.
By making a purchase through our Site or by contacting us directly, you confirm that you have read and accept our Terms & Conditions (T&Cs).
Information about us
We, Wunderdog Animal Feed Manufacturing L.L.C., are a limited liability company registered in Dubai, UAE. We operate the website WWW.MYWUNDERDOG.COM .
Authorized Users
Our Site is only intended for use by people residing in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). We do not accept orders from individuals outside the UAE.
By placing an order through our Site, you warrant that:
(i) You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and
(ii) You are at least 18 years old; (iii) You are a resident of the UAE; and (iv) You are accessing our Site from the UAE.
Order Confirmation
After placing an order through our standard order form on our Site, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order (Acknowledgement). Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy Products or subscribe to a Service. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that your order has been accepted (Confirmation). The contract between us (Contract) will only be formed when we send you the Confirmation. Note that the Acknowledgement and the Confirmation may be contained in the same email.
The Contract will relate only to those Products whose dispatch we have confirmed in the Confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other Products that may have been part of your order until the dispatch of such Products has been confirmed in a separate Confirmation.
We reserve the right at our absolute discretion to cancel confirmed orders of our Taster Pack at any time, and even after you have received an email confirming our acceptance of your Taster Pack purchase. Our Taster Pack Is a promotional Product Intended solely to allow you to try out our products. Wunderdog Animal Feed Manufacturing L.L.C allows each Individual one and only one Taster Pack purchase and so, at Wunderdog Animal Feed Manufacturing L.L.C's sole discretion, we may decide to cancel your Taster Pack purchase and refund your payment if we, and only we, decide that that an Individual has bought more than one Taster Pack purchase by either changing email addresses or mobile numbers. Our team reserves the right to ask for email confirmation and for you, as a customer, to provide us with the Confirmation email sent to your registered email address.
Subscription
Where you opt for our subscription Services, you acknowledge and agree that:
FOLLOWING YOUR INITIAL SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD, YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY EXTENDED FOR SUCCESSIVE RENEWAL PERIODS OF THE SAME LENGTH, AT THE THEN-CURRENT NON-PROMOTIONAL SUBSCRIPTION RATE.
THE SUBSCRIPTION PLAN TO OUR SERVICE CONSISTS OF RECURRING PERIOD CHARGES AS AGREED TO BY YOU. BY SUBSCRIBING TO OUR SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOUR SUBSCRIPTION HAS A RECURRING PAYMENT FEATURE AND BY SUBSCRIBING TO OUR SERVICES YOU HEREBY ACCEPT ALL RECURRING CHARGES, UNTIL YOU PROVIDE ADVANCE NOTICE (AS SET OUT UNDER SECTION 7 BELOW) THAT YOU WISH TO TERMINATE THIS AUTHORIZATION OR WISH TO CHANGE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD.
TO TERMINATE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION OR CHANGE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD, LOG ON TO YOUR MYWUNDERDOG ACCOUNT.
We reserve the right at our absolute discretion not to renew your subscription at any time without giving any reasons for our decision.
Choice Plan. Under a Choice Plan, your first opportunity to elect the meals to be delivered to you may occur 4-days prior to a subsequent delivery. We reserve the right to deactivate and/or suspend a Choice Plan at any time.
Subscription Discounts. We reserve the right to change the discount allocated to an individual pet or group of pets. Subscription Discounts are given based on the assumption that the pet(s) are eating 100% Wunderdog meals.
Risk and title
The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery.
Ownership of the Products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges.
To maintain the integrity of products after delivery, we recommend that you immediately refrigerate or freeze perishable items as communicated to you via email, whatsapp or in oral form by one of our team members.
Price and Payment
The price of the Products and our delivery charges are as quoted on our Site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error.
Product prices include applicable taxes.
Product prices and delivery charges, if any, are subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Confirmation.
If at some point you pay through our Site, you represent and warrant that when you make any payments to us:
(i) You agree to pay the fees at our then-current prices as posted on our Site, including any applicable taxes;
(ii) You agree to provide true and complete credit information;
(iii) You agree that fee will be honored by your bank or credit card company; AND
(iv) You agree that if your initial payment method is dishonored, you will still pay the charges incurred, including any surcharge we may incur due to such dishonored payment.
Payment for all Products and Services must be in AED by credit or debit card. We accept payment with Visa and Mastercard. We reserve the right to change the payment methods we accept at any time.
We will not charge your credit or debit card for a weekly delivery until after the deactivation deadline for such weekly delivery, with the exception of your first delivery under one of our Services which may occur immediately following your initial subscription to said Service.
Cancellation or Deactivation
Order Cancellation: You may cancel a one-time order you have placed anytime before it is shipped. If the order has already entered the shipping process, you no longer have the right to cancel the order.
Subscription Deactivation: You may deactivate your subscription at anytime but at least 2 days before the recurring payment date. If you deactivate after the 5-day period, you may be charged another recurring payment.
Our refunds policy
You are entitled to a refund If:
(i) you have been charged despite having deactivated the Subscription or cancelled your order within the applicable notice (as mentioned above); or
(ii) If all or part of a Product is defective
We will process any refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you gave notice of deactivation. Refund will be settled using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
Delivery Policy
Our "Delivery Week" begins on Monday and runs through the following Saturday. The start of our Delivery Week means that new Meal Kits are available to deliver in your Meal Box.
You have the option of selecting the day you would like to receive your first Meal Box, and, if your specific subscription allows for Meal Kit selection, you also have the option selecting the specific Meal Kits you would like to receive. You will then receive subsequent deliveries as per the frequency of delivery chosen by you during the sign-up process.
Please note that the ability to change an order locks five days prior to your scheduled delivery date..
All our Products are checked by our team prior to shipment. We deliver all frozen items directly to you in our temperature-controlled vehicles; however, we reserve the right to amend our delivery method.
We always prefer to deliver our Products directly to you or to someone at the designated delivery address specified by you during the sign-up phase. In the events where the Product will be kept outside your door due to the unavailability of a person to receive the item, the Product will be kept in a Insulated box to preserve freshness and quality.
We will charge delivery fees of AED 25 per delivery for all deliveries across the UAE.
Our liability
If we fail to comply with these T&Cs, we shall only be liable to you for, at most, the purchase price of the Products.
We assume no responsibility for the content of third-party websites linked on this Site. Such links should not be interpreted as endorsement by us of those linked websites. We will not be liable for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
Transfer of rights and obligations
These T&Cs are binding on you and us and on our respective successors and assignees.
You may not transfer, assign, charge or otherwise dispose any of your rights or obligations arising under these T&Cs without our prior written consent.
We may transfer, assign, charge, sub-contract or otherwise dispose of any of our rights or obligations arising under these T&Cs, at any time during the term of the Contract.
Account
When placing an order or subscribing to our Services, you may need to create an account by registering certain information. Such Information must be accurate and complete and must be up-to-date at all times.
Furthermore, you must exercise due care in handling such information at your responsibility and keep your log in details confidential to ensure that such information is not used in an unlawful manner.
Intellectual property rights
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Site, whether registered or unregistered, and in the material published on it. These works are protected by copyright laws and all such rights are reserved.
You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any pages from our Site for your personal reference. You must not use any part of our copyright materials for commercial purposes without first obtaining a license to do so from us and our licensors.
If you post comments on the Products or Services to any website, blog, or social media network (Commentary) you must ensure that such Commentary represents your fairly-held opinions. You irrevocably authorize us to quote from your Commentary on our Site and in any advertising or social media outlets that we may create or contribute to.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us, our directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates, from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from your use of this Site or your breach of these T&Cs.
Law and jurisdiction
These T&CS shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Dubai, UAE without giving effect to the principles of conflicts of law. Any action arising out of these Terms & Conditions must be brought exclusively in the national courts of Dubai.
