These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") set out the terms upon which Wunderdog Animal Feed Manufacturing L.L.C. ("Wunderdog", "we", "us", or "our") will supply products listed on our website www.mywunderdog.com ("our Site") to you ("Customer", "you", or "your"). This includes products purchased through our subscription services ("Services"), one-time purchases via our online store, or products requested through our customer care team.

Please read these T&Cs carefully before ordering any products or subscribing to any services. By placing an order or subscribing to our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these T&Cs, together with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to update these T&Cs at any time. Changes will be effective on the day they are posted on our Site. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of our Site or Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated T&Cs.


1. DEFINITIONS

In these T&Cs, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

(i) "Wunderdog Products" means our standard nutritional range of fresh-frozen dog recipes designed for dogs of all life stages, including all regular meal recipes and functional toppers.

(ii) "Wundercare Products" means our therapeutic nutrition range specifically formulated to support dogs with particular health conditions, intended to complement veterinary care. Wundercare Products include recipes for cardiac, renal, hepatic, pancreatic, digestive, weight management, and dermatological support.

(iii) "Functional Toppers" means supplementary nutrition products designed to be added to your dog's regular meals for additional nutritional benefits.

(iv) "Taster Pack" means a promotional introductory product limited to one per household, consisting of two recipes selected by you from our Wunderdog range, designed to allow new customers to sample our products before committing to a subscription.

(v) "Care Pack" means a personalised introductory product limited to one per dog, consisting of two recipes recommended by us based on your dog's profile information including weight, breed, age, activity level, and any health conditions or allergies. Care Packs may include recipes from both our Wunderdog and Wundercare ranges, matched to your dog's specific needs. Households with multiple dogs may purchase one Care Pack per dog.

(vi) "Starter Pack" means either a Taster Pack or a Care Pack, as defined above. Starter Packs are introductory products designed to allow customers to experience our products before subscribing.

(vii) "Products" means all products offered by Wunderdog, including Wunderdog Recipes, Wundercare Recipes, Functional Toppers, and Starter Packs.

(viii) "Services" means our subscription delivery services through which Products are delivered to you on a recurring basis.

(ix) "Standard of Care" means the internal policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) established by Wunderdog for customer service, logistics, product handling, quality control, and all other operational matters. Wunderdog reserves the sole right to define, modify, update, or replace any Standard of Care at any time and at its absolute discretion, without prior notice to You.


2. ABOUT US

3. AUTHORISED USERS

Our Site is intended for use by individuals residing in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only. We do not accept orders from individuals outside the UAE. By placing an order through our Site, you warrant that:

(i) You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;

(ii) You are at least 18 years old;

(iii) You are a resident of the UAE; and

(iv) You are accessing our Site from within the UAE.


4. ORDER CONFIRMATION AND CONTRACT FORMATION

4.1 One-Time Purchases

When you place a one-time order through our online shop, you will select your preferred delivery date during checkout. Your order is confirmed and a binding contract is formed when your payment has been successfully processed. You will receive an email confirming your order and selected delivery date. We will deliver your Products on your selected delivery date, provided payment has been received in full.

Delivery is fulfilled through third-party logistics providers. While we aim to meet the selected delivery date and time slot, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including traffic conditions, operational constraints, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, Wunderdog will not be liable for delays beyond our reasonable Standard of Care, provided we have taken appropriate steps to arrange delivery.

4.2 Subscription Purchases

Subscriptions are paid in advance for your chosen subscription term (one month, three months, or six months). During sign-up, you will select your preferred delivery frequency (weekly, every two weeks, monthly, or every two months) and provide profile information for each dog in your household. Once payment is successfully processed, your subscription becomes active, your delivery schedule is set according to your chosen frequency, and recipes are added to the meal plan for each dog in your subscription.

4.3 General

If payment fails for any order or subscription, your order will not be processed and no deliveries will be scheduled until payment is resolved. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order or subscription at our discretion, including where we suspect fraudulent activity, where Products are unavailable, or where pricing errors have occurred. If we cancel your order or subscription after payment has been received, we will refund you in full.

If you choose to cancel a subscription before the end of the committed subscription period, you remain responsible for the full subscription amount, as subscription pricing includes discounted rates in exchange for a minimum commitment. Any refund, whether partial or in full, will be issued at our discretion and assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the reason for cancellation, the timing of the request, and the Products already prepared, dispatched, or delivered.

Where a subscription is cancelled before completion of its term, we reserve the right to reprice all delivered Products at the applicable one-time purchase (à la carte) rates. Any refund issued will reflect the remaining balance after this adjustment. We reserve the right to determine refund eligibility and calculations based on internal assessment of the specific circumstances.

4.4 Starter Pack Limitations

Our Starter Packs (Taster Packs and Care Packs) are promotional products intended solely to allow you to try our products. Taster Packs are limited to one per household. Care Packs are limited to one per dog, though households with multiple dogs may purchase one Care Pack for each dog. Care Packs must be purchased in a single checkout (one transaction) and may not be purchased separately over multiple orders.

We reserve the right to cancel any Starter Pack purchase at our absolute discretion, including after you have received an Acknowledgement or Confirmation, if we determine that these limits have been exceeded, whether by using different email addresses, phone numbers, or delivery addresses. In such cases, we will refund your payment in full.


5. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

Where you opt for our subscription Services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

5.1 Subscription Terms and Renewal

Subscriptions are available in one-month, three-month, or six-month terms, paid in advance. At the end of your subscription term, your subscription will automatically renew for a further term of the same duration at the then-current subscription rate, unless you cancel or pause renewal in accordance with this section.

5.2 Pausing Subscription Renewal

You may pause your subscription renewal once during each subscription term. When you pause, your subscription will not automatically renew at the end of the current term, and no further charges will be taken until you choose to reactivate. You can pause your subscription through your account dashboard or by contacting our customer support team.

5.3 Managing Your Subscription

You can update your meal plan, recipes, delivery schedule, or other subscription details at any time through your account dashboard at https://mywunderdog.com, or by contacting our customer support team who will make changes on your behalf. Changes to upcoming deliveries are subject to the modification deadlines set out in Section 12.3.

5.4 Subscription Discounts

We reserve the right to modify subscription discounts allocated to an individual dog or group of dogs at any time. Subscription discounts are provided on the assumption that the dog(s) are consuming Wunderdog meals as their primary diet.

5.5 Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our customer support team. To avoid being charged for your next subscription term, you must cancel at least five (5) days before your renewal date.

If you cancel a subscription before the end of its committed term, any Products already prepared, dispatched, or delivered will be recalculated at the applicable one-time purchase (à la carte) prices. Any refund issued will reflect the remaining balance after this recalculation and is not guaranteed. Subscription discounts apply only when the full subscription commitment is honoured.

Refunds, if any, will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and issued at our discretion, taking into account the timing of cancellation, Products delivered, and the reason for cancellation.


6. PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

The Products supplied by Wunderdog Animal Feed Manufacturing L.L.C., including Wunderdog nutritional recipes and Wundercare therapeutic recipes, are intended to support general wellbeing and nutritional management only. Our Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They do not replace professional veterinary diagnosis, treatment, medication, or ongoing medical care.

Where Products are marketed or described as therapeutic, supportive, or condition-specific, they are formulated to assist with dietary management alongside veterinary guidance and management. Outcomes may vary between dogs and no specific health result can be guaranteed.

You acknowledge and accept that dogs may already be suffering from underlying, advanced, or progressive medical conditions at the time of commencing our Products. In some cases, a dog's condition may remain unchanged or may worsen due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to age, genetics, disease progression, prior medical history, environmental factors, or non-compliance with veterinary advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wunderdog Animal Feed Manufacturing L.L.C. shall not be liable for any deterioration in health, injury, illness, adverse reaction, or death of a dog arising from or associated with the use of our Products, whether nutritional or therapeutic.

You remain solely responsible for monitoring your dog's health and for seeking veterinary advice before introducing, continuing, or discontinuing any dietary product, particularly where your dog has a known or suspected medical condition.

You agree that the use of our Products is undertaken entirely at your own risk.


7. ADDITIONAL TERMS FOR WUNDERCARE THERAPEUTIC PRODUCTS

In addition to Section 6, the following terms apply specifically to Wundercare Products:

7.1 Veterinary Consultation

By purchasing Wundercare Products, you confirm that you have consulted with a licensed veterinarian regarding your dog's health condition. You agree to maintain regular veterinary oversight while using Wundercare Products.

7.2 Monitoring and Reporting

You agree to monitor your dog's response to Wundercare Products and to promptly consult your veterinarian if you observe any adverse reactions or changes in your dog's condition. You agree to follow all feeding guidelines, transition protocols, and storage instructions provided.

7.3 Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue supply of Wundercare and Wunderdog Products at our discretion, including where we determine that we cannot adequately meet your specific requirements or where continued supply would not be in the best interest of the dog's welfare, or where continued supply would not be appropriate for Wunderdog.

Where we refuse or discontinue service after payment has been received, we will refund any amounts paid for undelivered Products within thirty (30) days.


8. PRODUCT FORMULATION AND NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION

8.1 Artisanal Manufacturing Philosophy

Wunderdog is a boutique pet food manufacturer committed to producing fresh, hand-made products. Most of our ingredients are human-grade, sourced from the human food market. While we may use some supplements to ensure complete nutrition, we do not use manufactured ingredients, powders, or mechanically prepared ingredients to meet nutrition standards. We have no intention to automate our production process, as this commitment to fresh, artisanal preparation is central to our mission and the quality outcomes we deliver.

8.2 Continuous Product Development

Our ability to deliver successful nutritional outcomes depends on our capacity to respond to customer feedback in real-time and to work collaboratively with our network of experts in nutrition, veterinary science, and production. As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we regularly refine and enhance our recipes, including changes to formulation, ingredient selection, and production processes.

8.3 Nutritional Values as Guidance

Due to the fresh, hand-made nature of our Products and our commitment to ongoing product development, nutritional values provided on our website, product labels, and marketing materials should be considered as guidance rather than exact specifications. Natural variations may occur between batches due to the use of fresh ingredients and artisanal preparation methods.

8.4 Temporary Formula Modifications

We reserve the right to make temporary or permanent modifications to our recipes, formulations, and production processes without prior notice. Such changes may result in shifts to nutritional metrics, ingredient profiles, or product characteristics. In certain cases, we may test modified products with You as part of our development process.

Where product changes are deemed final, we will update all nutritional information, feeding guidelines, and product descriptions on our website and labelling. However, during periods of product development and testing, temporary changes may not be immediately reflected across all channels.

8.5 Limitation of Liability for Formula Changes

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wunderdog shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from temporary or permanent changes to product formulations, nutritional values, or ingredient profiles, whether or not such changes have been communicated in advance.

By purchasing our Products, you acknowledge and accept that:

(i) Nutritional values are approximate and may vary between batches;

(ii) We may modify recipes and formulations at any time without prior notice;

(iii) Temporary changes during product development may not be immediately communicated or reflected in published materials;

(iv) You indemnify Wunderdog against any claims arising from such changes; and

(v) You remain responsible for monitoring your dog's response to our Products and for consulting with your veterinarian regarding any dietary concerns.


9. PAYMENT, CARD STORAGE, AND BILLING

9.1 Payment Methods and Currency

Payment for all Products and Services must be made in AED (UAE Dirhams) by credit or debit card. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We reserve the right to modify accepted payment methods at any time. All prices displayed on our Site include applicable taxes.

9.2 Price Changes

Product prices and delivery charges are subject to change at any time. However, changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent you a Confirmation. The price displayed at checkout and confirmed in your Confirmation is the price you will be charged.

9.3 Mandatory Card Storage for Subscriptions

By subscribing to our Services, you understand and agree that your payment card details will be securely stored by our payment processor to facilitate automatic recurring payments. This storage is a requirement for all subscription customers and cannot be opted out of. Your card information is encrypted and stored in compliance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). Wunderdog does not have direct access to your full card details.

9.4 Automatic Recurring Billing

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current subscription rate. Your stored payment method will be charged automatically for each renewal unless you deactivate your subscription in accordance with Section 5. By subscribing, you expressly authorise these recurring charges until you cancel.

We will not charge your payment method for a weekly delivery until after the modification deadline for such delivery, with the exception of your first delivery which may be charged immediately upon subscription.

9.5 Failed Payments

If a recurring charge fails due to card expiration, insufficient funds, or any other reason, we will notify you and may suspend deliveries until payment is resolved. You remain responsible for all charges incurred, including any fees resulting from failed payment attempts.

9.6 Card Information Updates

You are responsible for ensuring your stored payment information remains current and valid. You can update your payment details at any time through your account dashboard at https://mywunderdog.com. We recommend updating your card information before expiration to avoid service interruption.

9.7 Payment Representations

When making any payment to us, you represent and warrant that:

(i) You agree to pay all fees at the prices then in effect, including applicable taxes;

(ii) The payment information you provide is true, accurate, and complete;

(iii) You are authorised to use the payment method provided; and

(iv) If your payment is dishonoured, you will pay all charges incurred, including any surcharges we may incur.

PURCHASE ACKNOWLEDGMENTS

At checkout, you will be required to confirm the following before completing your purchase:

These confirmations are mandatory and cannot be pre-selected. Your purchase cannot proceed without providing these acknowledgments.


10. RISK AND TITLE

Risk in the Products passes to you upon delivery. Ownership of Products passes to you only when we have received full payment of all sums due, including delivery charges.

To maintain product integrity after delivery, you must immediately refrigerate or freeze perishable items as instructed via email, WhatsApp, or by our team members. Failure to properly store Products as directed may affect product quality and safety, and Wunderdog accepts no liability for Products that have not been stored in accordance with our instructions.


11. REFUNDS AND RETURNS

11.1 Products That Cannot Be Returned

Due to food safety regulations and the perishable nature of our Products, we cannot accept returns of any Products that have been delivered. Once Products leave our temperature-controlled supply chain, we cannot verify that safe storage conditions have been maintained, and therefore cannot resell or redistribute returned items. This applies to all Products, including unopened items.

11.2 When Refunds Apply

You are entitled to a refund in the following circumstances:

(i) You have been charged despite having cancelled your subscription or order within the applicable notice period;

(ii) A Product is defective, damaged, contaminated, or not as described. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs where possible, and do not return the Product; we will arrange a refund or replacement;

(iii) You cancel your subscription and request a pro-rata refund for the remaining undelivered portion of your subscription term, as set out in Section 5; or

(iv) You cancel a paid one-time order and do not wish to reschedule. In such cases, you will receive a full refund of the order value, less any applicable late cancellation fee as set out in Section 12.3.

11.3 Refund Processing

We will process any refund due to you as soon as reasonably practicable and in any event within thirty (30) days of receiving your valid refund request. Refunds will be made using the same payment method originally used for the purchase.


12. DELIVERY

12.1 Delivery Address

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address during checkout (for one-time orders) or during sign-up (for subscriptions). We deliver to addresses across all seven Emirates of the UAE. If an incorrect address results in failed or delayed delivery, we are not liable for any loss or spoilage.

12.2 Delivery Schedule

Our delivery week runs from Monday through Saturday.

For one-time orders, you will select your preferred delivery date and time from available slots during checkout.

For subscriptions, you will select your preferred delivery frequency (weekly, every two weeks, monthly, or every two months) and your preferred delivery time during sign-up. Subsequent deliveries will occur automatically according to the frequency and schedule you selected.

You can update your delivery preferences at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our customer support team.

12.3 Delivery Cancellations and Modifications

You may cancel or modify an upcoming delivery (whether a one-time order or a scheduled subscription delivery) through your account dashboard or by contacting our customer support team. Cancellations or modifications made at least two (2) days before the scheduled delivery date will be processed at no additional charge.

Cancellations or modifications made less than two (2) days before the scheduled delivery date will incur a late cancellation fee of AED 25. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

12.4 Quality Assurance

All Products are inspected by our team prior to dispatch. We deliver frozen items directly to you in temperature-controlled vehicles to maintain product integrity. We reserve the right to modify our delivery method at any time.

12.5 Delivery Process

We prefer to deliver Products directly to you or to an authorised person at your designated delivery address. Where no one is available to receive the delivery, Products will be left in an insulated box at your door to preserve freshness and quality. You are responsible for promptly retrieving and properly storing delivered Products.

12.6 Delivery Fees

A delivery fee of AED 25 applies to all deliveries across the UAE. This fee is charged per delivery and is in addition to the price of Products.


13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

13.1 General Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable UAE law, our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or in connection with these T&Cs or your purchase and use of our Products shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Products giving rise to the claim.

13.2 Exclusions

We shall not be liable for:

(i) Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;

(ii) Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities;

(iii) Any loss or damage arising from your failure to follow storage, handling, or feeding instructions;

(iv) Any loss or damage arising from the natural progression of your dog's health condition (see Sections 6 and 7); and

(v) The content of third-party websites linked from our Site.

13.3 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemic or epidemic, war or terrorism, civil unrest, government actions or restrictions, supply chain disruptions, utility failures, or severe weather conditions. In such circumstances, we will use reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as practicable.

13.4 Feeding Instructions

Our Products are supplied with specific feeding guidelines, storage instructions, and transition protocols. Any warranty or liability for our Products is conditional upon your compliance with these instructions. We accept no liability for any adverse effects resulting from failure to follow provided instructions.

13.5 Statutory Rights

Nothing in these T&Cs excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable UAE law, including UAE Consumer Protection Law No. 15 of 2020.


14. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

We process your personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection and our Privacy Policy, which is available on our Site. By using our Site and Services, you consent to such processing.

Payment card information is processed and stored by our third-party payment processor in compliance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). We do not store or have access to your full card details.

We maintain records of your acceptance of these T&Cs, including timestamps, for compliance and dispute resolution purposes.


15. YOUR ACCOUNT

When placing an order or subscribing to our Services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate, complete, and kept up to date. You must keep your login credentials confidential and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.


16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

We own or are the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Site and the materials published on it. These works are protected by copyright laws and all rights are reserved. You may print one copy and download extracts of any pages for personal, non-commercial reference only. You must not use any materials from our Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

If you post comments or reviews about our Products or Services on any website, blog, or social media platform, you must ensure such content represents your genuine and fairly-held opinions. You grant us an irrevocable, royalty-free licence to quote from your comments in our marketing materials and on our Site.


17. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wunderdog Animal Feed Manufacturing L.L.C. and its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates from any and all third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our Site or Products, your breach of these T&Cs, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.


18. TRANSFER OF RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

These T&Cs are binding on you and us and our respective successors and assignees. You may not transfer, assign, or dispose of any of your rights or obligations under these T&Cs without our prior written consent. We may transfer, assign, or subcontract any of our rights or obligations at any time.


19. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these T&Cs, we encourage resolution through the following process:

(i) Direct Communication: Contact our customer care team at care@mywunderdog.com to discuss your concern. Many issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

(ii) Formal Complaint: If the matter is not resolved, you may submit a formal written complaint to us. We will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

(iii) Legal Proceedings: If the dispute remains unresolved, either party may pursue legal remedies in accordance with Section 20 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction).

19.1 Product-Related Complaints and Investigations

We take all customer complaints seriously and investigate any concerns relating to our Products with due care and diligence.

Dogs may experience digestive upset or other symptoms for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to dietary transitions, underlying medical conditions, environmental factors, stress, concurrent foods or treats, or improper storage or handling of Products after delivery. The occurrence of such symptoms does not, on its own, establish a defect, food safety issue, or fault on our part.

Where a product-related complaint is submitted, whether formally or through our customer support team, we will conduct an internal investigation which may include requesting relevant information from You, reviewing batch and production records, assessing retained reference samples, requesting the return of Products for evaluation, conducting internal quality checks, and, where appropriate, arranging laboratory testing and veterinary assessment.

We aim to complete investigations and issue a written response or report within approximately two to three (2–3) weeks, depending on the nature of the complaint and any external testing required.

If our investigation, including testing of retained samples, confirms that the Product meets applicable safety and quality standards and shows no evidence of contamination or defect, you agree that Wunderdog will not be held liable for the reported issue.

If an investigation confirms a verified issue attributable to our Product, we will determine an appropriate remedy at our discretion. Any reimbursement, refund, or compensation will be limited to direct costs arising from the specific issue and will not exceed three (3) times the amount paid by you to Wunderdog for the affected Products or services.

We reserve the sole right to determine the nature, scope, and amount of any remedy based on our internal investigation procedures, findings, and professional assessments.

You agree to cooperate reasonably with our investigation process, including providing requested information and returning Products where required. Failure to do so may limit or exclude any remedy.


20. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, without regard to principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute, claim, or action arising out of or in connection with these T&Cs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.


21. ADDITIONAL PAYMENT TERMS

The displayed price and currency at checkout will be the same as shown on your transaction receipt. The amount charged to your card will be displayed in your card's currency. We do not trade with or provide services to OFAC-sanctioned countries. You are responsible for retaining copies of transaction records and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
