Ingredient inspection
Every ingredient is checked on arrival for quality, freshness, and traceability. Every supplier goes through a formal audit process and is reviewed regularly.

Controlled cooking
Each ingredient is cooked separately at precise temperatures. Proteins are gently cooked to 65–72°C to retain essential amino acids. Vegetables are steamed to preserve vitamins and minerals. Different ingredients have different needs. We cook them that way.

In-house quality assurance
Every batch is checked against our nutritional and safety standards before portioning. Not spot-checked. Every batch.

Packaging and storage
Meals are portioned to each pet's specific requirements, sealed, and frozen immediately to lock in freshness.

Cold-chain delivery
Meals are delivered in temperature-controlled conditions from our kitchen to your door. The cold chain is maintained end to end.
How We Source
We work with local suppliers to source human-grade meats, vegetables, and produce. Every supplier is formally approved and audited. Sourcing locally means fresher ingredients, shorter supply chains, and greater traceability.
