Can I change or cancel my Wundercat subscription at any time?
Yes. Adjust recipes, quantities, skip deliveries, pause, or cancel up to five days before renewal.
Yes. Subscriptions are flexible. You can change recipes, adjust quantities, skip a delivery, pause, or cancel at any time. Manage everything yourself at mywunderdog.com, or we can do it for you over WhatsApp or email.
To change or skip an upcoming delivery without a fee, update it at least two days before the scheduled delivery date. Later changes carry an AED 25 late-change fee. To stop your subscription renewing into a new term, cancel at least five days before your renewal date.
